[COVID-19] About Delayed Shipments

Update April 23: The US and other countries are now affected by shipping restrictions effective April 24th. If packages destined have not yet left our warehouse, based in China and are not shipping, the package will likely be returned to us. We will reach out with options should this be the case with your package.

The Post has informed us that shipments will be experiencing significant delays during export of packages. Please refer to the provided information below:

"As we have announced previously, the novel coronavirus pandemic has caused a global reduction of flights. Accordingly, acceptance of international mail items to some countries/territories is temporarily suspended and considerable delivery delays are expected for outbound mail items to other countries/territories.

Although mail items are currently being accepted, it is being expected to take more than two weeks to load the items that have already been accepted on airplanes to that country due to the significant reduction and suspension of flights.

Therefore, we are trying our best to dispatch promptly as many postal items as possible to the destinations, cooperating with airline companies and the postal operator in that country.

We sincerely apologize that delivery will take more time than usual. It would be appreciated if you would kindly understand this situation in advance."
